2019 Block of the Month - Month 4
Welcome to Month 4, and the Iris block.
As previously admitted, I'm not much of a gardener, however I will say that I know my dutch iris from my bearded iris, having once established a full garden bed of the bearded variety.
I'm not sure I've ever lived anywhere cold enough for bulbs, although mum once grew a big plot of gladiolis to sell to the local florist when we lived in Picton.
Yes that's me on the left and my sister Greer on the right.

Gladioli were my nans and my mums favourite flower, you can see mum grew up with them too.
